Optimal health and fitness equates to maximal insulin sensitivity, BOF, BOW and minimal disease risk

Individuals in the health and fitness space need to understand the philosophical meaning of these terms and not just to use them glibly and colloquially.  Body health and fitness means cellular health and fitness.  The typical western diet has taken insulin resistance to such an extreme that it interferes dramatically with cellular function and in particular the immune system’s ability to deal with illness and disease.
