A fabulous ‘break fast’ snack or a delicious topping to a meal.

Ingredients

ripe avocado
1
tablespoon
labni or full fat natural greek yoghurt
1
teaspoon
olive oil
Method
1.Mash the avocado flesh with a fork.
2.Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed avocado and mix to combine.
3.Serve with vegetables of your choice e.g. carrot, celery and capsicum sticks. Add some apple slices for a sweet alternative.
Labni is a Lebanese strained yoghurt that can be bought from any good delicatessen. Full fat natural yoghurt is perfectly fine to use. Cottage cheese could also be used if you prefer.
