Crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. These healthy chips are super sweet!

Ingredients

large sweet potato, peeled and cut into thick chips

tablespoons
olive oil
½
tablespoon
paprika
Salt to taste
Method
1.Preheat oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
2.Toss all ingredients together until potato chips are well coated.
3.Place onto a lined baking tray in a single layer.
4.Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
