A delicious Asian influenced meatball recipe alternative using lean Turkey mince. Great way to incorporate vegetables for fussy eaters.
brown onion, finely diced
tamari or soy sauce
chinese five spice (optional)
1.Preheat oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
2.Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
3.Using approximately one tablespoon of mixture, roll the mixture into balls and place onto an oven tray.
4.Cook for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked through.
5.Serve with vegetables or salad of your choice.
This recipe is suitable to freeze, which makes for convenient dinners and snacks. Cook the meatballs and then completely cool, before placing in a container or snap lock bag for freezing.
