Before you submit an issue to Customer Support, please review the following recommendations to fix common issues first. 

  • If you have paid, but are unable to login because you cannot find the "Account details" email, please check your SPAM folder.
  • If you have successfully logged in previously, but have lost or forgotten your password, click the "Reset your password" button while on the Login page. Use the same email you chose to register your subscription. If you cannot find the "Password reset instructions" email that is then sent, please check your SPAM folder.
  • The "Account ID" required to submit the Customer Support form can be found in your  "Account details" email, or in your Account page (requires login).
