Cauliflower mash is a low carb alternative to your regular potato mash and who doesn’t love mash with their steak or  casseroles! Cauliflower is rich in fibre and full of antioxidants including vitamin C.

Ingredients
½ head of cauliflower
½
cup
full fat thickened cream
2
tablespoons
organic salted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1.Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and season to taste.
2.Cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes.
3.Blend until smooth using a stick blender or regular blender.
