Cauliflower mash is a low carb alternative to your regular potato mash… and who doesn’t love mash with their steak or casseroles! Cauliflower is rich in fibre and full of antioxidants including vitamin C.
½ head of cauliflower
full fat thickened cream
organic salted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1.Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and season to taste.
2.Cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes.
3.Blend until smooth using a stick blender or regular blender.
