Method
1.Preheat oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
2.Prepare kale by washing it and removing the stalks.
3.Tear the kale into small sized pieces.
4.Toss the kale in the oil and salt, then place on a baking tray.
5.Cook for 10 minutes until crisp.
