A fresh and tangy summer salad that is brilliant served with lamb and chicken. This recipe is also great if simply served with Hummus.
Easy Tabbouleh Salad
bunch of parsley to garnish or any herbs of your choice
½ red onion
dash of olive oil
Salt to taste
1.Gather the parsley in a tight wad in your hand and finely shred the leaves with a very sharp knife, almost in a shaving action.
2.Place all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir to combine.
3.You can eat it immediately, however, letting it stand for about 20 minutes before serving will be even tastier.
