Ingredients Method Ingredients 400 grams canned chickpeas 2 tablespoons tahini 1 cloves garlic 1 lemons, juiced ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Pinch of paprika Method 1.Place all ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth. 2.Taste and adjust seasoning if required, or add in more lemon juice and olive oil if too thick. 3.To serve, drizzle with a little extra olive oil and a dusting of paprika.
