Meatballs are a great meal or snack for any time of day. They are easily frozen and are portable. This recipe, containing beef and spinach, is a good source of iron.

Ingredients

organic lean beef mince

frozen spinach

cloves of garlic, minced

grated cheddar cheese
Method
1.Preheat the oven to 180 °C (356 °F).
2.Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
3.Roll 1–2 tablespoons of mixture (depending on how big you like them) into balls and place them onto baking trays.
4.Cook for 30 minutes.
5.Serve with freshly steamed vegetables or a healthy salad.
